Welcome to the official online platform of eDairy, a dairy marketplace platform owned and operated by AASHA ENTERPRISE, a proprietorship entity registered as a Micro Enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-BR-38-0075026), headquartered at Ward 14, Patilar, Bihar – 845101, India.

By accessing this website, placing an order, or initiating an inquiry for dairy products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of Business & Products

eDairy facilitates the provision of pure fresh dairy and milk products, including A2 Gir cow milk, Murrah buffalo milk, curd (dahi), Vedic bilona cow ghee, fresh paneer, butter, and allied farm products. Dairy items are agricultural goods requiring proper temperature handling and timely consumption.

2. Transparent Pricing

All prices on our marketplace are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). We maintain transparent pricing without hidden surcharges. Prices reflect standard agricultural farm rates and quality standards.

3. Product Availability

Dairy items are produced and sourced fresh daily from verified partner farms. We reserve the right to manage batch volumes and notify customers if a specific product or batch is temporarily unavailable.

4. Order Placement & Acceptance

Orders can be placed for one-time purchases or 30-day recurring daily subscriptions. An order is confirmed upon successful payment verification via our RBI-authorized payment partner (Paytm Payment Gateway) or mutual confirmation by AASHA ENTERPRISE.

5. Payment Terms & Security

• Online Payment: Transactions are securely processed through Paytm Payment Gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Paytm PG Integration Standards: All gateway integrations utilize secure server-side token authentication. Secret merchant keys are never stored on client devices.
• Cash on Delivery / UPI: Payments must be completed at the time of delivery hand-off.

6. Delivery Logistics & Pan-India Coverage

eDairy provides delivery services All Over India. Local morning subscription delivery operates with dedicated daily delivery personnel, while pan-India regional orders are dispatched via cold-chain courier partners. Customers must provide an accurate, reachable address and active phone number.

7. Customer Responsibilities for Perishable Goods

Because fresh milk and dairy products are temperature-sensitive:

• The customer must arrange to receive the package upon arrival.
• Milk pouches and fresh curd/paneer must be transferred into domestic refrigeration (below 4°C) without delay.
• AASHA ENTERPRISE cannot be held liable for spoilage arising from prolonged customer delay in storing received dairy products.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations and refund requests are governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy. For 30-day recurring subscriptions, customers can pause or reschedule individual days with zero penalty.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AASHA ENTERPRISE or eDairy be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum enterprise liability is strictly limited to the actual amount paid for the affected order.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of transactions through this website shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bihar, India.
